Western Water has a commitment to the prevention and detection of fraud and corruption through the implementation of, and adherence to, our Fraud and Corruption Policy and Control Framework, and our Code of Conduct.

All staff and contractors have a role in Western Water’s fraud and corruption control arrangements, including identifying and reducing fraud and corruption risks, reporting suspected fraudulent or corrupt behaviour, participating in control activities and complying at all times with due process.

Western Water encourages the reporting of information about suspected fraudulent or corrupt behaviour against our business and we take all reasonable steps with people who make such disclosures to protect them from any detrimental action in reprisal for making the disclosure.

Western Water is not a public body prescribed under the Protected Disclosure Act to receive a protected disclosure.
