Operations Centre Team Member

  • Full time role with monthly RDO
  • Salary $59,528 – $64,643.70 plus 9.5% super

Our Operations Centre is currently seeking an energetic person who is excited by innovation and customer service, to join their small close-knit team taking calls from customers regarding faults and emergencies and dispatching field staff to incidents.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A can-do attitude and be a team player
  • An eagerness to learn new tasks and develop new skills
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to uphold the Western Water Values at all times
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to adapt to changing processes
  • Experience in a similar role or proficiency in SCADA and/or MS Office (Desirable)

Manager, Developer Services

Reporting to the General Manager Planning and Capital Delivery, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with developers as well as gather data and evidence to inform the strategic direction of land development for Western Water. You will work with internal staff and land developers to ensure that new developments are optimally serviced with water, recycled water and sewerage services, which will include developing and negotiating appropriate commercial models.

You are highly adaptable and a skilled negotiator with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivering great outcomes in a demanding environment. Your engaging interpersonal style will enable you to work with a range of different stakeholders and build enduring partnerships.
