RWWoman.bmp Recycled Water Man and Woman have come from a distant dry planet to learn how to save precious drinking water. In super style, they can:
  • expertly explain how water from our toilets, kitchen sinks and laundry drains is treated to make it safe for recycling;
  • dramatically demonstrate the power of sedimentation to rid the universe of scum and sludge;
  • boldly break down bad bacteria with their sidekick - the Mighty Munching Microorganism; and
  • confidently clarify the appropriate uses of recycled water in agriculture, on public spaces and in residential developments.

This program has strong links to the VELS Domains of Science, Civics and Citizenship, Geography, and Health and Physical Education.   It combines well with a tour of a Recycled Water Plant
