Customer Service Charter update released

Western Water has released its updated Customer Service Charter, to reflect our revised service standards for the 2018/19 Price Submission.

General Manager, Customer and Community Relations, Graham Holt, said for the first time Western Water had included in its Charter special provisions to assist customers who are enduring or have fled family violence situations.

“Western Water now offers additional account security for customers and extra support measures for those experiencing or fleeing family violence”, Mr Holt said.

“In addition to providing these extra security measures, customers will be offered access to personal, tailored solutions for their particular circumstance.

“To support this program over the past few months our staff have been trained to assist customers in family violence and we have also partnered with local health services so we can offer direct referral support if needed”, finished Mr Holt.
