Water Wise

Water Wise is a State Government program that offers financial assistance to eligible home owners experiencing high water costs as a result of faulty or inefficient water fixtures.

If you are currently a concession card holder, we may be able to offer your household a free water audit to help determine your eligibility for Water Wise assistance.

The water audit is a simple assessment of your home by an authorised Western Water representative to determine the efficiency of your water fixtures and, in doing so, reduce unnecessary water consumption.

If the water audit establishes any faults or problems, Western Water will organise a licensed plumber to repair or replace any faulty fixtures under the Water Wise program, which will pay for services to the amount of up to $500 per eligible household.

For more information on this entitlement, please telephone our Customer Relations Team on 1300 650 422 or refer to brochure.
