There are a number of reasons why you may need to request a refund or transfer funds between your Western Water accounts. These include:
- If you have overpaid your account
- If you have a payment plan set up and there is excess credit on your account
- If you have two or more Western Water accounts and have paid the wrong account

Western Water will contact you with an outcome of your request within 10 business days.
