Convenient ways for you to pay your account:
- In person, at any Australia Post outlet
- Online, using Australia Post's POSTBillpay Service
- Direct debit, enabling you to automatically pay your bill (see below for more information)
- BPAY, using your participating financial institution's telephone or internet banking system
- Mailing a cheque to Western Water, Reply Paid 2371, Sunbury DC VIC 3429
Direct Debit
We offer customers the convenience of paying via direct debit to pay:
- The whole bill amount when it's due, or:
- Regular fortnightly or monthly payments towards your account.
To start a direct debit:
Concessions
If you hold a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card or Veteran Gold Repatriation Card, you may be eligible to claim a concession on your account at your principle place of residence.
Once your concession card has been registered with Western Water, the amounts are automatically deducted from your account.
