Western Water is pleased to offer you the convenience of email billing.
With email billing, you'll reduce paper waste by receiving your bill directly to your email inbox.
To register for email bills, please have your account number handy.
We'll email you once your registration is complete. We'll then starting sending bills and reminder notices to your email address.
Yes. Complete the email billing online form and select "switch back to paper bills".
We'll then start sending your bills to the mailing address on your account.
Until April 2018, some customers registered for email bills through a portal on our website. On the portal, registered customers could download old bills but they could not manage their account or see their current account balance.
Unfortunately this feature in no longer available. We're working to bring you an improved portal in the future.
To request copies of your old bills or current account balance, please contact us.
To update your email address, complete the email billing online form and select "update my email address".
