If you're missing a bill, you can download a copy on MyWesternWater or ask us to send you a copy.
Western Water sends a bill three times per year (every four months).
Up to three years of bills are available to download on MyWesternWater. Register or log in now.
We can also email a copy of bills issued after 1 July 2011. To request this:
