Save time by paying your water bill through direct debit.
With direct debit, you can choose to pay Western Water:
- Your whole bill amount when it's due
- Fortnightly, or:
Payments are automatically deducted from your bank account. The minimum amount for each payment is $10.00.
If you make fortnightly or monthly payments, you can choose how much to pay. If you underpay, you will need to pay the balance by the due date on your bill.
All customers on a direct debit payment plan will still receive an account from Western Water.
Set up a direct debit
To set up a direct debit, complete the direct debit request online form. You'll need your bank account and Western Water account details handy.
