Greater Western Water's sewer and water pipes (size, depth and offset)
You can use Western Water Connect to request information on the size, depth and offset of Greater Western Water's sewerage pipes, and the location of the water main on an individual property, if the property is within the area previously serviced by Western Water.
2022/23 Application fee: $23.90 per application
How to apply: You must submit and pay for size, depth and offset applications through Western Water Connect if the property is within the area previously serviced by Western Water. If the property is in the area previously serviced by City West Water click here.
Internal plumbing on your property (As constructed)
'As constructed' property plans provide a record of where sewerage drains are located on your property if it is within the area previously serviced by Western Water. They do not include information on the size, depth or offset of Greater Western Water's assets, the location of council stormwater pipes or the location of internal water pipes.
You may require a property sewer plan if you are:
- purchasing a new property
- having issues with a blocked drain
- planning to install a swimming pool
- extending your home
