Customer Solutions Team Member

  • 12 months fixed-term contract
  • Salary $63,153pa - $68,570pa plus 9.5% superannuation

Our Customer Solutions Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced person who is excited by innovation, service and debt management, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in contributing to better customer and community outcomes.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Using multiple channels (webchat, face-to-face, phone, SMS) to provide debt and support solutions to customers
  • Reducing Western Water customer debt
  • Provide proactive support to customers in need of assistance via concessions, Utility Relief Grant Scheme applications, leak allowances, family violence management when needed.
  • Exceptional, accurate, timely customer account management and data entry

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A great personality and strong work ethic with a commitment to uphold the Western Water Values at all times
  • Previous experience in a debt-oriented customer role is desirable
  • The ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing processes
  • Omni-channel experience

Customer Experience Team Member

Our Customer Experience Team is seeking an enthusiastic person who is excited by Change, Constant improvement and Innovation with experience in delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers via telephone, webchat, SMS, email and traditional correspondence
  • Responding to a high volume of conveyancer requests
  • Back office administration for customer accounts
  • Resolving complex enquiries

Customer Experience Senior Advisor

  • Fixed Term Full Time Role until September 2021
  • Salary $70,833.95 - $82,378.71 plus 9.5% super

    Our Customer Experience Team is currently seeking a Senior Advisor who will be a positive role model supporting the Team Leader in management of a busy, multi tasking team who handle enquiries via multiple channels and deal with administration tasks.

    The role will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to Team Leader in day to day management of workflows and performance
  • Delivering coaching, feedback and advice to team members
  • Handling escalations and complaints within the team
  • Recommending continuous improvement and opportunities for cross business support
  • Providing hands on support as needed with phone, webchat, portal and admin tasks
