It can be used anytime throughout the day, for example, to bring calm before a meeting or presentation. Did you know that dehydration can cause tension and stiffness in your neck and body?

Dehydration can also reduce your ability to concentrate, lower your energy levels and cause you to have trouble staying awake during the day.

Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is essential for your health and prevents dehydration.

Doing this short mindfulness exercise and a few simple yoga stretches throughout the day can help to relieve tension in your body and keep your mind calm and alert.

You can undertake these exercises anytime, even between meetings, and anywhere, such as sitting at your desk, or standing in your office space.
