There’s still time to have your say about the services we provide.

Sent out to customers by email on May 11, our annual survey remains open until 24 May. We’ve already received a fantastic response, so thank you to all the customers who have taken the time to complete the survey already.

Since we made the shift to an online survey in 2019, it’s now even easier to tell us what you think about our performance and where we can improve on the services we provide.

The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete and you could win $100 off your next water bill or a $100 Visa gift card.

This year we've added questions about the effects of coronavirus (COVID-19) on our customers, and how useful you’ve found the bill support options we’ve put in place in response to the pandemic.
