What is My Water?

With My Water, customers with a property in the area previously serviced by Western Water can manage your account online.

You can:

  • view your account balance
  • download bills
  • view your payment history
  • make payments
  • request more time to pay
  • register your concession card
  • change your name or billing address
  • request direct debit
  • set up a payment plan
  • switch to ebilling
  • view your water use history
  • track how your household compares with the Target 155 daily water use.
