What is My Water?
With My Water, customers with a property in the area previously serviced by Western Water can manage your account online.
You can:
- view your account balance
- download bills
- view your payment history
- make payments
- request more time to pay
- register your concession card
- change your name or billing address
- request direct debit
- set up a payment plan
- switch to ebilling
- view your water use history
- track how your household compares with the Target 155 daily water use.
