If you're missing a bill, you can download a copy on MyWesternWater or ask us to send you a copy.

How many bills do I get?

Western Water sends a bill three times per year (every four months).

Requesting bill copies

Up to three years of bills are available to download on MyWesternWater. Register or log in now.

We can also email a copy of bills issued after 1 July 2011. To request this:

For bills issued before 1 July 2011, or for a list of transactions made on your account, please contact Western Water. Please note that charges may apply.
