How many bills do I get?
In the area previously serviced by Western Water, Greater Western Water sends a bill three times per year (every four months).
Requesting bill copies
Up to three years of bills are available to download on My Water. Register or log in now.
We can also email a copy of bills issued after 1 July 2011. To request this:

For bills issued before 1 July 2011, or for a list of transactions made on your account, please contact Greater Western Water. Please note that charges may apply.
