3-minute Breathing Space with Lisa
This 3-minute meditation is easy to learn and portable - it can be practised anywhere. It’s particularly useful in stressful situations to soften the stress response. It can be used anytime throughout the day, for example, to bring calm before a meeting or presentation. It gently reminds the body and mind to slow down and quickly brings us into the present moment.
Relax and Unwind as a Family with Lisa and Alice
Winding down can be hard at the end of the day. But did you know that meditation can improve the quality of sleep and help sort out the daily mental chatter?
This relaxation exercise is lovely to do with your children at bedtime, but could be used at any time rest and relaxation is needed.
Together you will follow the water cycle journey, starting out as a droplet in the ocean, evaporating up into the sky, condensing into a cloud and finally raining back down onto the ground to join a river and flowing out into the ocean.

Mind and Body Relaxation using Yoga with Lisa and Alice
Did you know that dehydration can cause tension and stiffness in your neck and body?
Dehydration can also reduce your ability to concentrate, lower your energy levels and cause you to have trouble staying awake during the day.
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is essential for your health and prevents dehydration.
Doing this short mindfulness exercise and a few simple yoga stretches throughout the day can help to relieve tension in your body and keep your mind calm and alert.
You can undertake these exercises anytime, even between meetings, and anywhere, such as sitting at your desk, or standing in your office space.
