Anyone can join Western Water's Online Panel. Once you're registered, we'll occasionally email you and ask for your feedback on our initiatives, programs and plans.
We are currently developing our Price Submission for 2020 and we’re looking for input on our services, how we charge customers as well as how we plan to spend customer money.
The plan will cover the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2023. It will describe our challenges and set out the infrastructure needs and other costs which will need to be addressed to continue to provide a high-quality, reliable service.
For our last Price Submission, we received close to 6,000 customer insights which were invaluable in helping us to develop our priorities for the submission.
This time, we are planning to once again actively engage with the community on the following key topics:
- Tariff Structure
- What our final price and services offer will be
- Reviewing our service standards
- Reflecting on customer outcomes.
