When we've completed works on the water mains, your supply will be restored and you can use water again.
In some cases, you may notice a 'cloudy' or 'milky' appearance to the water. This is caused by tiny air bubbles in the water and is harmless.
You can clear the air bubbles by leaving water in an open glass or jug for a few seconds.
If the problem continues, you can remove the air in the pipes by turning on a tap in your front and back garden for a few minutes or until it is clear. If the problem continues after this, please contact us on 1300 650 422.
